Well things have pretty much stayed the same with the exception of two teachers leaving during the Christmas holidays. We found replacements but I don't think one of them is going to workout very well. I have received some information regarding Kentucky, I have not decided to move yet, but still looking into the possibilities (always goods and bads with every decision).
Candi called me at the 1st of the month to tell me that she was getting married in July. I don't really know why she felt the need to tell me this, probably so she could say "see I don't need you." I am happy for her, but at the same time I hate that she is getting married before I am. Don't get me wrong I did not want to marry her, so that is why she left, but my ego is still alittle crushed that she has found someone already.
I have setup my plans for the summer to goto Triangle, Va for the summer to work at Prince William State Park. It is only 30 minutes from Washington, D.C., so I will be able to do alot of sight seeing. I only have to work on the weekends, so I have five days to do as I please.

Well I guess my updating is getting more infrequent, so here it was has gone on for the past month or so. Thanksgiving was fine, I went to my parents house to dogsit for the week. They went to the Outer banks, NC like they do every year. I made a trip down to the coast to look around and see what progress has been made. Pearlington is still in really bad shape, but the school is coming along nicely. Bay St. Louis has made real good progress, St. Stanislaus looks great. I believe when they are through the school will be better than before the storm. I made my way down to Waveland following along the beach, but I got turned around (lost) so I was not able to see the downtown area. I did stop by the Silver Slipper Casino while I was on the coast, not really impressed by it through.
I had finished all of my Christmas shopping with the exception of my mom. I really am having a problem on what to get her this year. In the past I always have gotten her jewelry or some cuisinart cookware she likes, but she has all the cookware she needs now. I have looked at some jewelry, but the only things I have found that I think she would like is out of my budget. I am sure I will come up with something, but I just wish I was through.
I am counting the days until we get out. We get out the 20th and go back the 4th and 5th for teaching training. I have been selected the chairman for the SACS committee, which I am really dreading. I worked on the committee last time, but I was not chairman and that was enough of a headache. They probably made me chairman because even though I don't want to be, I won't bitch about it.
I have found a camp that I may spend my summer at, it is called Prince William Forest Park. It is a national park located in Triangle, VA which is 32 miles outside of Washington, D.C. I have talked to the forest ranger there about a job as a cabin host. I would greet guest, do check-ins, and assist the people staying at the camp. She said that it is way to early to make plans now, but that I should stay in contact with her. I hope that it works out because I would love to have time to visit Washington, Manassas, Fredericksburg, and Mount Vernon which is all within 30 to 45 minutes away.

Nothing has changed too much since the last time I posted. I had to go to a wedding for Craig in Germantown, TN. I like that area a whole lot, I may think about moving there at some point.
Reid, Brady, Lorann, Dean, and I went to the USM homecoming game. It had to have been the strangest game I have been to in awhile. It seemed that no one in the whole stadium was into the game even though USM was winning.
I lost one of my hell-raisers today, which made all of us teachers smile with glee. He is moving to Gulfport to live with his father, hopefully his dad will have better control of him, than his mother has had.
Dean keeps telling me that I should try the e-harmony thing, because he has met so many girls through it. With my job I don't get to meet many girls that are my age and those who are have always been married. I keep considering the idea, but the thought of meeting someone I met over the internet makes me feel weird.
